We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how returns and refunds work:


⏰ 1. Return Window

  • 30 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Simply email us within 30 days to get started.


📝 2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email: Send a note to strublymedia@gmail.com.

  2. Info to Include:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you’re returning

    • Brief reason (and photos if it’s defective)

  3. Get Your RA: We’ll reply in 1–2 business days with your Return Authorization (RA) number and simple shipping instructions.


📦 3. Shipping Your Return

  • Pack Securely: Original packaging is best.

  • Label Clearly: Write your RA number on the outside.

  • Cost: Unless it’s our mistake, return shipping is on you.


✅ 4. Inspection & Refunds

  • We Inspect: Within 3 business days of receiving your return.

  • Approval: You’ll get an email confirming approval or next steps.

  • Refund Timing:

    • Goes back to your original payment method

    • Appears in 5–7 business days (bank times may vary)


🔄 5. Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Want a swap or store credit? Let us know in your return email—we’re happy to accommodate!

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months.


🚫 6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final-sale items, personalized goods, perishables, and clearance can’t be returned unless defective.


⚠️ 7. Damaged or Defective Goods

  • Let us know within 7 days of delivery.

  • Send photos of the damage or defect. We’ll get you a full refund or replacement right away.
