✨ Unleach Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

We’re excited to get your order to you! Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your Unleach products will arrive.


⏱ 1. Order Processing

  • Fulfillment Window: We process and dispatch all orders within 5–15 business days of receiving your confirmed payment and order details.

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 2 PM (EST) on a business day enter the queue that same day; orders placed after will begin processing the next business day.

  • Holidays & Peak Periods: During major holidays or promotional events, processing may take up to 20 business days. We’ll notify you if any delays occur.


🚚 2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Domestic Shipping (USA):

    • Standard Ground (3–7 business days)

    • Expedited (2–3 business days)

    • Overnight (1 business day)

  • International Shipping:

    • Economy International (10–20 business days)

    • Priority International (7–12 business days)

  • Carrier Partners: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL—selected based on destination, speed, and cost.


📅 3. Delivery Estimates

  • Estimates begin once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking Info: You’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link as soon as your package leaves our facility.

  • Carrier Delays: Delivery windows provided by carriers are estimates only. Unleach is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs clearance, or carrier volume.


🌎 4. International Orders & Customs

  • Duties & Taxes: International orders may incur import duties, VAT, or local taxes. These charges are your responsibility and vary by country.

  • Customs Hold: Shipments may be held by customs for inspection; this can add extra days to delivery.

  • Restricted Items: Some products may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries. If your order cannot be shipped, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives.


🔍 5. Tracking Your Order

  1. Check your email for the shipping confirmation and tracking link.

  2. Visit the carrier’s website and enter your tracking number for real-time updates.

  3. If you don’t see tracking info within 2 business days of order dispatch, email us at strublymedia@gmail.com.


❌ 6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost in Transit: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 7 days and we’ll initiate an investigation with the carrier.

  • Damaged on Arrival: Inspect your package immediately. If items are damaged, take photos of the packaging and contents, then email us at strublymedia@gmail.com within 7 days for a full replacement or refund.


🔄 7. Address Changes & Refusals

  • Before Shipment: Email changes to strublymedia@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the address at no charge.

  • After Shipment: Additional fees may apply to reroute or reship.

  • Refused Packages: If you refuse delivery, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
